Ava August

When she was 14, Ava August performed before an SOLD out crowd of 3000 people who gathered at Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles before the start of a Los Angeles Kings professional hockey game. Ava August's performances with The Los Angeles Dodgers (professional baseball team) as well as the L.A. Galaxy (professional soccer team) were canceled due to COVID-19. Ava August was the youngest performer in the 19th season of American Idol when she was just 15 years old. Ava August received the GOLDEN TICKER in the Audition Round. She then advanced to the Genre Round, Duet Round, Showstopper, the Celebrity/Solo Round Top 16, and the top 10 rounds. Ava was chosen to be in the TOP 10 by the American people. Ava August sang on American Idol two original songs: Neighbor Boys, and Ghost of You. Ava performed a duet that had a tremendous powerhouse along with Josh Groban, an internationally-acclaimed performer. Ava came out with her critically acclaimed track Daybreak at age 15. The song was released with her first animated music video. The song premiered on 11/01/20. Daybreak was played by KX 93.5 FM and tropical Surf Hour.
